Project Overview

The Fruit Ripeness Project aims to develop an innovative sensor that detects changes in fruit skin impedance, accurately measuring fruit ripeness. This product is designed for integration into fruit processing lines, enabling farmers to assess fruit ripeness swiftly. This sensor will allow packing and distribution facilities to implement more effective food handling practices, reducing food waste and cutting operating costs.
